My name is Tim Stoecklein. I am a Kansas-born kid who grew up on a farm outside a small town. My profession is recreation and education, working in a University environment. My hobbies seem to focus on recreation as well as the great outdoors.....the study of weather, chasing weather, whitewater kayaking, hunting, photography, and mountain biking. My interest in weather started at a young age, but I actively started studying meteorology as a hobby about 10 years ago....soon I was chasing and photographing storms in my "backyard".
